Our basic service contract package lasts for six months. During this period, our technicians will solve your problems via hotline and remote assistance, or will visit if required for an extra fee. We will service your PCs, upgrade or change any software that is out of date or you feel doesn't do the job you require of it. We are able to build computers to your specifications, with the software you need included. During this period, we prefer that you don't use any other I.C.T consultancy or technician. If you do this can terminate the contract if we cannot fix a problem they may cause. We also offer longer service contracts if you require.
The services in our contracts include:
- Hotline and remote assistance
- Spyware and adware removal
- Virus removal
- File retrieval
For an extra charge we will also:
- Build computers to your specifications
- Upgrade software and internal hardware
- Supply external hardware
- Send out our technicians to install hardware or fix on site
- Supply new software
